Life is sometimes overwhelming- and it’s not meant to be faced alone.

I support people at turning points or when they’re grappling with deep questioning in their lives. This can happen when everything feels heavy, relationships shift, questions about identity, purpose, or belonging arise, or when there’s a quiet sense of having lost touch with oneself.

My priority is to offer a safe, compassionate space where everything is accepted – doubt, grief, anger, helplessness, as well as hope, curiosity, and the quiet longing for change.

A space for you to reconnect with yourself, free from judgement – including your own.

I don’t offer ready-made solutions. Instead, I walk alongside you as you explore what feels honest, alive, and meaningful for you – in your own time, in your own way.

With this approach, unconscious patterns can gently come to light and be worked through. Past experiences can be integrated in a way that supports psychological well-being, deepens the quality of relationships, and strengthens your sense of self.

Change often happens quietly. It doesn’t force itself into your life – it flows in gradually, almost unnoticed. And that is exactly where its strength lies.

How I work

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I currently work in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, supporting individuals with a diverse range of challenges, including psychosomatic symptoms, traumatic experiences, chronic exhaustion, and emotional overwhelm.

Previously, I worked in a psychosomatic clinic, supporting individuals in acute psychological crises. I’m currently expanding my expertise through ongoing training in trauma treatment.

At the heart of my work lies a genuine, human connection. Together, we create a space where something unconscious can be given time to emerge, and what has long remained hidden finally has permission to be seen. Often, something begins to shift when we slow down together, when the pressure to perform or “hold it all together” fades.

I work intuitively with imagery, language, and metaphor, as well as body-oriented approaches, because the body often remembers what the mind has long forgotten. Especially when words fall short or lose their power, sensations, movements, and inner images can build bridges to what is ready to be felt – and eventually, to heal.

Koko – Therapy Dog with a Gentle Heart and Keen Intuition

Koko, my loyal four-legged companion, is a three-year-old Australian Shepherd. Not only is she a beloved member of my team, but she also brings a special sensitivity to emotions and situations. With her curiosity, kindness, and friendly presence, she helps create a warm and trusting atmosphere when meeting people.

Koko has been lovingly socialised from a young age and regularly accompanies me in my psychological work. She especially enjoys accompanying me on home visits, if clients wish. Many find her presence soothing, encouraging, or simply comforting. Koko’s involvement is always tailored to your individual needs, whether she actively participates in a session or quietly rests nearby.

The use of dogs in psychological settings is well supported by research. They can:

  • Help regulate emotions
  • Reduce stress
  • Act as an important resource during difficult times

Koko is a natural fit for this role—happy, attentive, and highly attuned to personal boundaries and emotional cues.
