  1. Which types of appointments can I book?
    You can choose between three types of appointments:
    1. Online sessions
    2. In-person sessions in my office
    3. Home visits

  2. How do I book an appointment?
    You can book appointments directly by clicking “Book a session”. Please include your concerns or symptoms in the booking.

    If no appointments are currently available, you can send a request through the booking page. I will then contact you as soon as possible.
    For home visits or in-person sessions in my office, please send me an email in advance, so we can discuss the details and conditions.

  3. Where does the in-person treatment take place?
    The practice is located at Reichenhaller Straße 10b (Riedenburg).
    It is easily accessible by public transport, and parking spaces are available in front of the office. Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  4. What do I have to consider as a client during online treatment?
    A good internet connection and an undisturbed environment are essential for successful treatment. Confidentiality is paramount, just as it is during on-site treatment. Please ensure that no third parties are listening in or interrupting you.

  5. What should I bear in mind when undergoing treatment at home?
    Home visits are possible if you can provide an undisturbed space in your own home. This allows us to have a confidential conversation without third parties listening. Therapy dog Koko can join upon request.

  6. What happens during the first session?
    The first step is an initial consultation, giving you the opportunity to share your concerns, expectations, and goals. This session serves as a mutual introduction and orientation — together we will clarify whether and how psychological support may be helpful for you.
    Based on this, we plan the next steps individually. The number and frequency of sessions depend on your personal needs and can be arranged flexibly.

  7. Will my Health Insurance reimburse some of the costs?

    You can apply for a partial reimbursement of clinical psychological treatment costs from your health insurance provider.
    The amount refunded depends on the specific provider (as of September 2025):

    ÖGK: €33.70
    BVAEB: €48.80
    SVS: €45.00

    Please check the current reimbursement policies of your health insurance provider.

  8. What is the price of a session? 
    The fee for one session (duration 50 minutes) is 100€ for both online sessions and in-person appointments in the office.
    For home visits I charge 110€ (within Salzburg). For home visits outside Salzburg, please send me an enquiry beforehand so we can agree on the fee in advance. 
    Reduced rates are available for students upon request. Please mention this when scheduling your appointment.

  9. I can’t make it to my appointment, what do I do?
    Please write me an email as soon as you know. There is no charge for cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment. For cancellations after this time, the full cost of the booked appointment will be charged.

  10. What happens to my data?
    All data (documentation, diagnoses, treatment content) will be treated confidentially, securely documented and only passed on with your consent (e.g. when contacting specialists or submitting applications).
